会社員をしながら、趣味で写真を撮っていて、最高の息抜きだったのですが、写真とは何か、と考えた時、単純ながらも非常に難しい問題でした。撮る人が他人が見ていない世界を見せるもの？それとも、その瞬間を記録するためのもの？色々考えました。同じ風景でも、違う人が撮ると、メッセージがそれぞれ異なってきます。 そして、僕はやっと分かったのです。写真には、現実世界から非現実世界へ旅させ、言葉を超える伝達力がある、と私は考えています。 
 

しかし、正直なところ、その瞬間を撮る・記憶にとどめるのなら、素人いや子供にでもできる時代になってきました。写真は被写体そのものを撮るだけでは物足りないのです。もちろん、使用しているカメラや機材によって写真の出来具合や美しさが左右されます。そのため、撮影に必要な最先端の機材を揃えています。
 

ただ、同じ機材を使っても写真家によって違う結果が出てきます。わたくしが自信を持って保証できる写真は、機材はもちろん、美意識・感性・情熱の全要素で撮れる写真です。人・物・建設物、各被写体に最も合う自然な表情、光、角度、構成、バランスなどを美意識と共に心で考え、「被写体を再デザインする」ものです。
一枚の写真に、一つのあの時の思い出を超えたもので、「人の心に語りかける」写真を撮る自信があります。
このように12年も写真を撮ってきましたが、これからも経験を重ねて時代に合った感性・美意識を磨いていきます。

While working as a company employee, I found solace in pursuing photography as a hobby. However, when contemplating the essence of photography, it became a simple yet incredibly challenging question. Is it about revealing a world unseen by others, or merely a means to record a moment? I pondered various perspectives. Even with the same scenery, different photographers convey distinct messages. Finally, I came to understand. I believe that photography has the power to transport us from the real world to the unreal, transcending language.

In this era, capturing a moment or preserving a memory has become accessible even to amateurs or children. Merely capturing the subject itself in a photograph is no longer satisfying. Of course, the quality and beauty of a photograph are influenced by the equipment used. Therefore, I invest in cutting-edge gear for my photography.

However, even with the same equipment, different photographers produce varying results. The photos I confidently guarantee are taken with a combination of equipment and elements such as aesthetic sense, sensibility, and passion. It involves contemplating the most natural expressions, light, angles, composition, balance, and more that best suit each subject with aesthetic consciousness, aiming to "redesign the subject." I have confidence in taking photos that go beyond the memories of a specific moment in a single photograph, speaking to people's hearts.

I have been taking photos for 12 years, continually accumulating experiences, and I will continue to refine my sensibilities and aesthetic consciousness in line with the times.
